  My PV system was installed by them via Energy Australia. After the completion, I have been receiving numerous notification emails from SMA with a fault noticed with my inverter and its connection to the grid. Technician came to my house a few times, but the same problems still happened 1 -2 days later their visit, this was over and over again for like a month before last Christmas! So basically, i have already paid for the PV system, approx. a month after this, there was close to nil tariff and no return for my investment. Eventually, circuit breaker was swapped and i was informed to monitor the system and see how it goes. I haven't received the faulty emails since that, but i feel like my investment has got me another job as a plant supervisor......

  Went out to get a Solar quote from immerge. Amongst various providers I contacted they, appeared to be the ones who were most reasonably priced and reliable.
  
  When I was going apply for a solar homes rebate a different solar broker (with whom I had not signed the contract at that stage) had submitted a request on my behalf. I accidentally ended up applying for the loan and rebate under that request. In order to avoid complexities i had to go ahead with the second installation. If I had gone with immerge it would have costed around $600 less for a similar configuration.
  However, Immerge were polite enough to refund the deposit which I paid.
  
  I suggested immerge to a friend who is happy with his installation, service and productivity of the system. From what i know they been performing installation of solar and electrical devices for many years.

  NOT happy with post service:
  Solar PV was installed about one year ago. Recently noticed that roof is leaking near the solar PV. I informed them (by phone on 4th March 2020) because no one else went to the roof after them. I also sent them an urgent email as ceilling was getting wet on 5th of March 2020. They replied that someone will contact me, but yet now no one from this company contacted me for this.
  In addition, I was not happy with their installation. Some timbers are cracked as they did not screw in the middle of the timber.
