  The display window @MioDolceCakes caught my eye walking past and had me drooling at the wonderful looking sweet creations. I settled on a couple of cannoli one filled with Italian custard and the other with ricotta. Both were crunchy on the outside and very tasty. Love the traditional ricotta version.
  
  I also got a mini profitterole stack with soft choux pastry filled with a rich Italian custard and coated in a lovely layer of chocolate. I really enjoyed this.
  
  Lastly, hard to go past the Toblerone cheesecake. Rich, chocolatey and delectable. A very naughty treat to enjoy during the day.

  Unfortunately there isn't a massive selection of cakes. There are probably just a few that looks good. It also wasn't a good experience when I entered. I did ask for a specific cake to be selected on a tray but she didn't listen to my request. When I asked for the other selection she would question me on whether they are not the same. I just said they are the same cake, but one looked better than the other and I merely wanted the other one. I requested this specifically for a photo shoot but was met with a cold reaction. Afterwards I can tell I wasn't welcomed in the place anymore. So it would definitely have to be a 1 star experience. Generally it would take alot effort to make me feel unpleasant to be in a shop. This is one of them. I won't be returning here to make a purchase.

  100% the best cupcakes in town made by the loveliest team you could imagine. HIGHLY recommend for events, parties, or just a treat with the kids.

  If you are looking for a wedding cake, look no further! I was blown away by the incredible service and kindness I was met with by Trish and the team at Cara Mia who went above and beyond to personally deliver my wedding cake to my venue on their own volition. The cake itself was so amazing and we received so many compliments on how delicious it was. Cannot recommend them enough!

  Thank you Cara Mia Cakes. Most fabulous Collingwood Cake ever made and sumptuous chocolate texture. Thank you for going the extra mile to make our disabled sons birthday one to remember. The smile on his face said it all. Delivered on a Monday even though their closed. Well done to the best cake shop in Geelong.

  Delicious cupcakes, staff are lovely but not very well run and organised. I've placed 2 orders and both didn't go smoothly.
  First order I placed 2 custom 6 packs of cupcakes direct on the website. Upon collection was told 2 of the flavours I'd ordered they no longer make and were replaced with their current range. It would have been professional to contact me when I placed the order to advise and ask what I'd like to replace it with or if I wanted to cancel my order.
  Second order I order a cake for my daughter's birthday, I asked if I could get a plain vanilla sponge as on the app they only had vegan and gluten free vanilla as well as white chocolate mid. I received no response. I then asked if I could change to cupcakes which was fine. I asked them what flavours were in the classic range currently, again no response. So turned up on the day of order and one of the classic flavours they only had one left of when 2 was required I don't understand that when you place an order why would you not reserve the flavours for pre orders rather than just take basically whatever is left in the cabinet?? Also the flavours they apparently no longer make are still displayed on the website and none of the advertised classic flavours are what they actually provide.
