  We had rented out our investment property through r&H hallam for 3 years . Note : they have not inspected the property even once during that time . The tenants would contact us directly if there is any issues . No involvement with any bodycorp stuff . Angel gills would call me during my meetings at work even if I request for email communication. If the rent is over due , I've to follow up with R&H . They wouldn't even send me courtesy email . When they tenants were leaving they were so lazy to get involved in the exit process that they came up to us and said " we no longer want to manage your property as we manage 100s of others and we are too busy " . I was shocked to hear such a response . They took $80 a month for 3 Years doing NOTHING and when they had to do some work they washed off their hands on us only because we requested for the keys to be returned to us once the tenants leave . We were so unhappy with their work.
  Angel gills and Linely have no morals , respect towards people . Most arrogant humans that I've ever seen .

  Linley has been brilliant for us in our purchase of a home unit in dandenong south.
  Went above and beyond to cater to all my requests and i would highly recommend him
