- Kay Wyatt Added August 12, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My order arrived on time and well packaged. The bedspread I purchased (Chelsea Cream Chenille Queen size bedspread is an utter disgrace.) I realise this is not the fault of Cottonbox for they didn't manufacture it. I washed the bedspread as directed and it shed cotton fluff everywhere. When it dried and I shook it, fluff went everywhere. I then washed it again - same thing - same result. I have fluff from one end of the house to the other plus out around the clothesline. As I child I remember having chenille bedspreads and dressing gowns. They were nothing like this rubbish but then they weren't made in China either. I strongly suggest Cottonbox delete this dreadful item from their inventory and I would be surprised if they haven't received numerous complaints on this item.
I have no idea what I am going to do with this bedspread - it is unusable and I wouldn't insult the Salvos by passing it onto them.
I wish to make it clear that I have no argument with Cottonbox themselves - just the item purchased.
