  Great service at Jaycar Hallam. Rai, always greets me with a smile, "hi Chris", before I've reached
  the counter and she's always quick to direct be to the items I'm after. To day very helpful with a
  change over item, for something I previously purchased in error.
  This king of service makes store shopping more appealing than on-line shopping.
  Full marks Rai.

  Worst customer service ever, All i wanted was a battery. Was told dont have it, not we will have a look and see if we can get it. Given a catalogue to look through whilst doing that a staff member told the one serving me " you are waisting your time we dont have it"
  WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN
